Shipping Policy

• We offer Free Shipping to businesses in Washington & Oregon for all stock items warehoused in Arlington, WA

• 420 Stock Packaging items typically ship in 1-2 business days. If any of your order is out of stock or cannot ship within that time frame we will notify you.

• 420 Custom Packaging lead times vary depending on the job and shipping charges apply. Your sales rep will let you know what lead times to expect when placing your order.

• Shipping to any other states is FOB Arlington, WA

Minimum Order

​

We have a $420 minimum order for all shipped orders.

For Pickup orders at our warehouse, our minimum order is case pack quantities.

Return Policy

​

• We work hard to bring in only the highest quality products for our customers. Should you need to return anything due to quality concerns we will happily exchange for store credit toward a replacement product or other suitable cannabis packaging or related products.

• Any Returns must be made within 1 month of the date of invoice & we need to be notified of returns before sending them back.

• If partial returns on a product are made your initial purchase price may be adjusted if you received a volume discount.

• All Clearance/Closeout item sales are final.

• Returns will be subject to return shipping charges and a restocking fee of 25% may be charged. 

 

International Shipping

We ship within the US, Puerto Rico, & Canada.

Shipping to Canada has a minimum order of $3,000 USD.
